Application Request

The entire application process is created and managed directly on the Phidias platform.
Below, we explain how to complete it step by step.

Follow this detailed guide to complete your process.

Guardian Registration

Click the button above ("Start Application in Phidias") and register as a guardian. It is important to use a password you will remember, as you will use it permanently on the platform.

Account Verification

You will receive an email to verify your account. Click the verification link and you will be redirected back to the platform.

Family Registration

Register the applicant(s) you wish to enroll, as well as the father, mother, and/or guardian. Inside the platform, you will clearly see the options "Register Family Member" and "Register Student".

Application and Documents

In the admissions module, look for "Start Admission Process" and then select the online process called "Application Request".

  • You must complete all required information and select the correct grade.
  • All required documents must be uploaded in full.
Note: For applicants without previous schooling (no grades or academic records), upload a Word document stating "Not applicable / No previous schooling".

Payment and Completion

Make the application payment and click the "Finish" button.

⚠️ It is very important that you click "FINISH" so we receive the notification and can continue with the process.
